This Policy applies to all orders placed on PleasureCart.in by customers located in India. It explains cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges for items sold directly by
PleasureCart. Note on Hygiene: Many items we sell are intimate-wellness products. For safety and hygiene, returns are limited and allowed only in specific cases described below.

1) Order Cancellation

  • Before dispatch: You can cancel anytime before shipment by emailing support@pleasurecart.in or
    WhatsApp +91 8233766011 with your order number.
  • After dispatch: Cancellation may not be possible; please refer to the Returns section.
  • By us: We may cancel due to stock, address/serviceability issues or compliance reasons; prepaid
    amounts will be fully refunded.

2) Returns β€” Eligibility

We accept returns only in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or if a wrong product has been delivered. Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, products that have been used, or items not in their original condition. Additionally, return or replacement requests will not be accepted without a proper unboxing video.

To be eligible for a return, the request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories and freebies. A complete 360Β° unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing the package opening, product condition, and testing of battery-operated items immediately after unboxing. Without this video proof, we will not be able to process any return or replacement request.

If the product has been used, manufacturer warranty or replacement will not apply. In cases where the issue is verified as valid (damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered), we will bear the return shipping cost. All returns are subject to inspection and verification before approval.

3) How to Initiate a Return

1) Email support@pleasurecart.in or WhatsApp +91 8233766011 with Order ID, delivery date,
photos/video, and reason.
2) We acknowledge within 48 hours and issue a Return Authorization if eligible.
3) We arrange pick-up (where available) or share return address/instructions.
4) After QC approval, we process replacement/exchange/refund as eligible.

5) Refunds

Prepaid: Refunded to the original payment method. COD: Refunded via bank transfer/UPI after
verification. We aim to initiate refunds within 7 business days after QC approval; bank/payment-provider
timelines may vary. For any exceptional change-of-mind returns, actual return shipping/restocking may be
deducted after prior intimation and your consent.

6) Exchanges

Where eligible, exchanges are processed after the original item is received and approved. Price
differences (if any) will be collected or refunded accordingly.

Refund, Cancellation & Return – FAQs

1️⃣ Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp (+91 8233766011) or emailing support@pleasurecart.in.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible β€” but you may request a return or exchange if eligible.

2️⃣ When will I get my refund if I cancel or return my order?

Refunds are generally initiated within 7 business days after we confirm your cancellation or receive your returned product.

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer/UPI after verification.

3️⃣ Can I return a product if I simply change my mind?

Because we sell intimate and personal-use items, returns for β€œchange of mind” are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
However, if your product is unused and sealed and according to our return policy and you request return within 7 days of delivery, we may approve it on a case-by-case basis.

4️⃣ What if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product?

Please inform us within 7 days of delivery with a 360 degree opening video and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
We’ll arrange for a free pickup and offer you a replacement or full refund, depending on your choice and stock availability.

5️⃣ Do I need to pay for return shipping?

No β€” if your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll bear all return shipping costs.

8️⃣ How can I track my refund or replacement?

Once your return/refund is approved, you’ll receive email/WhatsApp updates with status and tracking links until completion.

9️⃣ I paid via Cash on Delivery. How will I get my refund?

We’ll send you a secure form to share your bank or UPI details. Refunds are usually credited within 7 working days after approval.
