🔹 1. Introduction
Welcome to the PleasureCart Affiliate Program. By joining our affiliate network, you agree to comply with the following terms, commission structure, and payout policy.
These terms are designed to ensure transparency and fair collaboration with all our affiliate partners in India.
🔹 2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to participate.
- A valid bank account or UPI ID is required for receiving payments.
- PleasureCart reserves the right to approve or reject applications based on authenticity and suitability.
🔹 3. Commission Policy
- Earn up to 10% commission per verified sale generated through your unique affiliate link.
- Commission rates may vary depending on product category or promotional campaigns.
- Sales from canceled or refunded orders are not eligible for commission.
🔹 4. Payout Policy
- Payouts are processed every 15 days via Razor pay Payouts.
- Minimum payout threshold: ₹500.
- All commissions are reviewed after a 8-day validation period post successful delivery.
- You can view payment history anytime in your Affiliate Dashboard.
🔹 5. Cookie Duration & Tracking
- The affiliate tracking cookie lasts 30 days.
- If a customer purchases within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, the sale will be attributed to you.
- Tracking and analytics are powered by Slice WP (real-time dashboard visibility).
🔹 6. Promotion Guidelines
To maintain brand integrity, affiliates must follow these rules:
✅ Allowed Promotion:
- Share links via blogs, websites, social media, WhatsApp, or YouTube.
- Create honest reviews or educational content related to PleasureCart products.
❌ Not Allowed:
- Running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or any paid campaigns using the “PleasureCart” brand name.
- Posting misleading or explicit adult-only content beyond acceptable marketing guidelines.
- Using spam emails, fake traffic, or automated bots to generate sales.
🔹 7. Termination & Suspension
PleasureCart may terminate or suspend any affiliate account if:
- Fraudulent or misleading activity is detected.
- Content violates our brand policies.
- You remain inactive for more than 90 days without valid reason.
Upon termination, all pending commissions will be forfeited if found to be from invalid sources.
🔹 8. Intellectual Property
PleasureCart logos, banners, and creatives provided to affiliates are owned by PleasureCart.in.
You may use them only for promotional purposes and must not modify or redistribute without written permission.
🔹 9. Limitation of Liability
PleasureCart is not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by technical errors, affiliate misuse, or third-party plugin issues.
