7. Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
If an order is marked as undelivered and returned to us (RTO) due to any reason from the customer’s side (such as unavailability, refusal, incorrect details, or lack of coordination with the delivery partner), the following policy will apply:
- The prepaid amount will be refunded only after the product is successfully received back at our warehouse.
- Applicable deductions will be made, including packing charges, forward shipping charges, and RTO (return) charges.
- The remaining amount will be processed as a refund after inspection of the returned product.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
